Benefit from our personalized service tailored to your individual needs. From free train station transfers and Wi-Fi to an indoor pool, sauna, and personal guest service – we ensure you feel completely at ease with us.
Pick-up service / transfer
From Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., we will gladly pick you up from Ermatingen train station. This service is free of charge. From Weinfelden or Kreuzlingen train stations, we can arrange a transfer for you at a fixed price. Please register your transfer no later than the day before.
How to Arrive
We welcome you from 14.00 pm on your arrival day. Arrival is possible until 01.00 am. However, please let us know if you plan to arrive after 19.00 pm.
Departure
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am and return the room key to reception.
Adapters for power outlets
For our international guests, we have adapters for your electrical devices available at reception. You are welcome to borrow them.
Allergic
If you have any food intolerances or dietary restrictions such as gluten or lactose intolerance, we will gladly offer you alternatives. Please contact our service staff directly.

Library
If you wish to work undisturbed, our library above the fireplace room offers a small work table with a view over Lake Constance. Of course, you are also welcome to use this space for your reading or to browse our books on management, culture, history, and fiction.

The reception staff will gladly print your documents for you. You can also send the data by email to info@lilienberg.ch You can send it or bring your memory stick to reception. We charge CHF 0.25 per page.
Reception
Our reception staff are available from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM. In case of a nighttime emergency, please call the following number: +41 (0)71 663 21 00.

Would you like to learn more about the Lilienberg Entrepreneur Forum, its origins, and the entrepreneurial work of our founder? Please contact reception. We would be happy to arrange an appointment.
Dogs
Dogs are very welcome at Lilienberg and will be greeted with a dog kit in your room. We simply ask that you keep your furry friends on a leash while on the premises.
Internet / WiFi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. «Free Lilienberg» Available. Registration is done via your mobile phone or credit card number. You will then receive a code via SMS.
Pillows and duvet
Pillows and duvets in all rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers. Should you require additional pillows or blankets and not find them in the wardrobe, please contact reception.
Ventilate
To ensure your well-deserved sleep isn't disturbed by the mosquitoes common around Lake Constance, we recommend opening only the side windows and skylights equipped with mosquito nets. Since our rooms are not air-conditioned, we reserve the right to keep the blinds closed during the day in the summer months.
Minibar
Mineral water, cola and beer are included in the room price.
Night entrance
Between 1:00 and 7:00 a.m., the gates and entrance doors are locked. Please enter the hotel via the garage entrance and the hotel entrance by the swimming pool. Enter the code from your welcome card.
Parking
50 parking spaces are available free of charge in our underground car park (entrance via Blauortstrasse). An additional 150 spaces are available in our car park at the Lilienberg Center. These are also free of charge.

In almost all hotel rooms, we have portrayed Swiss entrepreneurs who, through their lives and work, have influenced or are influencing the economic life of the country or even worldwide.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. We kindly ask you to smoke only outdoors, for example on the balcony or terrace. An ashtray is provided there.
Umbrella
You will find umbrellas in front of every building exit.

After your seminar or dinner, relax and unwind in our coach house.

Sports & excursions in the region
The indoor pool and whirlpool are open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Access is via the changing rooms in the hotel wing on the lower level. Hairdryers, a spin dryer, and additional towels are also available there. Please note: As the indoor pool is unattended, the pool area is monitored by cameras for your safety.
E-bikes are available upon request – in cooperation with Indicis – for excursions in the region.
The Untersee also offers a variety of well-marked hiking trails, museums, and excursions by boat and train. Our staff will be happy to advise you. You can also find more information on our website. Excursion tips, hiking and cycling routes.

Laundry and ironing service
We are happy to take care of your laundry. You will find a laundry bag and price list in your wardrobe. Please leave the laundry bag on the bed with a note indicating whether you would like your laundry washed or ironed. You will receive your laundry back no later than the following morning. Please understand that we do not offer dry cleaning services on-site.

You are welcome to store your valuables in our safe in the reception office. Please check in at reception.
newspapers and magazines
Current regional and national daily newspapers, as well as various magazines and information brochures, are available for you in the foyer.

From 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM, you can order from our room service menu. Our service team will take your orders at telephone number 170.
Indoor swimming pool & sauna.
Relax after a long day of business or seminars in our wellness area with indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool.
The sauna is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For environmental reasons, we do not offer continuous operation. Please register your sauna session at reception one hour in advance.
