Wine hike with 4-course menu and tasting
On May 01st, we will be holding our wine hike for the first time together with Jan Kux from Persovino.
To celebrate the holiday, we'll be enjoying a lovely hike in the Ermatingen region, followed by a small aperitif overlooking Lake Constance – perfect views, delicious wines, and good stories. Afterwards, we'll continue to the Lilienberg for a four-course lunch with wine pairings. Weather permitting, this will even be a communal meal on our terrace, where Napoleon III once enjoyed the view of the lake and Reichenau Island.
Jan Kux will share interesting anecdotes and insights about the region and its wines during the hike and wine tasting. A total of eight different wines will be sampled. We look forward to your visit!
